Setanta 2 - The Box

Could anyone tell me how to get this working?
When i try to go on to the channel it freezes.
Im on N T L in dublin north.

 

Delete the channel and do a manual scan on 394000 and you should get it at the end of your channel list

 

just tried that and there were no programs found.

 

Did you delete the channel first ? try manual scan again and double check your channel list and see if its located at the bottom of your list

 

yeah channel is deleted but still not picking up and channels. does it come through on another freq?

 

Yes that is the correct frequency for N** true cable Dublin. Are you on true cable or MMDS, (Aerial on roof)?

 

yeah its true cable, and it was working fine up until friday. maybe they're doing some work in the area that would effect this. il try the scan again over the next few days.

 

Im in North Dublin and its fine on mine , it should be available , try again , first turn the b0x off at the back and turn back on and then do a manual scan on 394000

 

no still no programs found. thanks for the replys.

 

Check the bottom of your channel list just incase it is listed there
