Setanta Sports 1 & Channel 5

Hi, can anyone plz help???????

I Live in the Wigan area and for some reason can't get Sentanta Sports 1 & channel 5. I can get every other channel just these 2.

I have The Super Box, API ver 8.00e_E, Boot ver 8.00, 20 Jun 2008

Does anyone have any ideas, I'd be very gratful.

thank you for that, is that why i'm getting NO SIGNAL on these channels

 

either that or you got that cable in the wrong place also try press menu then 1570 and see if the emu is on or off?

 

Setanta 1 on 259.000 MHz and FIVE on 563.000 MHz (Wigan Telepest), try a manual scan on these frequencies, as you say you get all the other channels OKAY, or you could do a Factory Re-set and fresh installation, there are no problems in that area.

in case i can't find my instructions, do you have a link for a factory re-set.

 

Menu - Down to factory Settings OK, OK to cofirm, when re-set - accept the language English OK, Installation OK, and make sure your provider is showing on the top right, use arrow buttons <> to choose TW - NTL etc. down to Automatic Scan OK and when finished EXIT EXIT to Main Menu, 1570 and turn Key Emu ON exit all the way out to TV and an encrypted channel. Done.
