setanta sports not working! help

hi guys

setanta sports for me is not working its there but a blank screen comes on with no message

how do i manual scan for it, what are the frequencies?

also the music factory and virgin 1 doesnt work please help

am getting the same thing so i have rescanned my box so al see if that works and let you no mate

 

just thought i would let you no that i reloaded all my programs and that fixed the problem

i've got the same problem but rescan did not work. does anybody have the settings for a manual scan.

 

What is your location and provider ?

 

edinburgh and provider is virgin. when i tried the manual input i could not input a point in the frequency box. tried without using a space but no joy. think i need symbol rate as well as any other info required

 

Try 419000 it will put the point in for you

When you go into Installation , choose your EX provider , then choose Manual scan

Symbol Rate for N*L is 6.887
Symbol Rate for TW is 6.952
