setting external DVD RW to primary setting.

    I use DVD shrink but it cannot finalise the burning process once my files have been loaded.

    It cannot eject any of my drives to accept the DVD.

    it say that recording trays are empty. You load a disc, i still get an error message.

    Does my external drive now need to be the primary driver or is it something else ?
