I own a Aiwa AV-S17 receiver nothing great. I can't find my manual either but I was wondering if there was a way to hook up the TV to the receiver to play cable audio. What I have is is a Sansui TV with RCA inputs and S-Video thats all. And my receiver only has RCA inputs. And my cable tv runs from the wire to the TV no box.

You would then have to go into the audio settings of your TV. Basically, use your TV remote.. menu/audio settings/speakers OFF. This will then send the audio to your receiver.
Hey Mac thanks for the manual I was looking for it for awhile and couldn't seem to find it online. I ended up getting the TV to work there was a Video1/LD/TV RCA section and I connected the wires and whalaa! it worked. thanks again
