I'm trying to set up two monitors on my computer right now. Originally I was using a GeForce 6150LE which was built into the motherboard. I installed an ATI Radeon HD3450 and plugged a monitor into it and turned it on. I installed the drivers for it, and now when I turn on the computer and check the device manager, only the Radeon is listed under Display Adapters and only the monitor plugged into it is on, even though both cards are still in the computer with monitors plugged into them. Running Windows XP SP4. Any help?
The 3450 has two video out ports. Just plug one monitor in with the VGA connection, and one with the DVI connection. Edit: I suppose I should ask who the maker of your card is as the ports can be different and my last comment could be irrelevant.
Just the one. The second card has three outputs, though: a DB15HD, an S-vid, and a DVI. Both my monitors, however, have the 15 pin connectors...
you could get a dvi to vga adapter for your monitor/video card and that would solve the whole 15 pin problem. should have been on with your video card i believe. also, i think they make the vga to s-video adapters as well.

You can also find these types of adapters in local computer stores, but expect to pay a lot more. Make sure that the pins of the DVI will fit in your DVI port. Notably the "+" part of the connector. I think that should be right though. The connector is DVI-I dual link. Just have to make sure the 3450 can fit those pins.
