Setting up starview 2 box

    Hi, Got the starview 2 box for boyfriend for Christmas. He cant get any tv channels although has managed to get the radio! Hes not exactly thrilled with this. Any suggestions? We live in Galway, has there been a change in codes recently?
    Any help appreciated,

    Press the 'Menu' button on the remote and enter 1570 look down the bottom of the list it brings up and check that 'KEY EMU' is ON,this could be what's wrong.

    when he scanned did he see two lists of channels found? and can he switch emu on,if he cant might need firmware upgrade,
    press system info ok and report back what vers.is on box

    Try press the button TV/Radio under the number 7 and see if it switches to TV channels

    Life took over and we havent checked the status of channels in a couple of days. Will try shortly. May hear from me again. Soon.
