    I need some help with my settings and I was wondering if you guys could guide me.
    First I purchased a coolsat 5000 from a guy who “does this job”, you don’t want to know how much he charged me for it, anyway. He installed it and worked just perfect, then I decided why should I pay him that crazy amount, so instead I google it and I found the same receiver for less than half of the price the guy was charging me, finally I got the receiver and couldn’t get both to work, then I found the settings from one of your members, he recommended the following:
    119
    Lnb power = on
    Lnb type = ocs
    Lnb freq = 11.250/11.250
    22Khz = off
    DisEqc switch = 1.0/1.1
    Commited = 3
    Uncommitted = 1
    110
    Lnb power = on
    Lnb type = ocs
    Lnb freq = 11.250/11.250
    22Khz = off
    DisEqc switch = 1.0
    Commited = 2
    I used a dp34 switch and worked great, but when I added the coolsat 7000, the problem started, a few channels went down, no signal in some frequencies. Can someone please tell me what to do???
    I have bin 1.45 for the 5000 and the 111 for the 7000, so my keys are working fine
    Thank you guys,

    alf

    If both of these units are connected to the same dish,check your switch and check the voltage to the lnb.

    Hi Billo, thank you for replying. first at all sorry for not getting back to you early (internet problems). well, the thing is that when this guy came to intall the dish, he couldn't get the 110 and the 119 from the same dish, due to i have a few trees on the way, so what he did is that he used two dishes, one for the 110 and the other for the 119, so i think is two single LNB's, and each has two outputs, and as i mentioned before, i am using a dp34 switch.

    I have the exact problem, sometimes, it would work for a day then all of the sudden, it shows no signal. If I took the DP34 off and use the coolsat switch it would work a gain, shut it down and use the DP34 again it would work for a while again. Anyone has any ideas? my 2 other cs6000 work fine with the DP34 switch.
