Setup of audio and video Bitrate kbs for X264 movies

    ok what im trying to ask is im converting a 4.5 gig x264 hd movie to dvd format and what would be a best setting for audio and video Bitrate kbs as far as i know that if video bitrate kbs i higher u get better video quality of picture and audio i guess is the same is there any info on how to set that up the proper way and thank you
