setup on desktop removal

hi, i downloaded the setup for blaze media pro on firefox and it saves the downloads to the desktop and now i want to delete the setup file from the desktop (which i've done before successfully) but i when i try to delete it, it says access denied. The source file may be in use. I uninstalled blaze media pro and tried to delete it but the same thing happens. Can someone help me? Thanks.
