Sharing Files Over Wireless Network?

Hi,

I recently purchased a Netgear ADSL Wireless Router (DG834GT 108) and got it running properly with my ADSL connection shared on my Laptop and PC by using USB Wifi adapters.
My question is how do I now share files between the two computers?
Ive looked through the manual and found nothing and also checked out the router config tool through Internet Explorer.

basically it should just work like normal file sharing as long as you have an actual network going this tutorial should do the trick http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/xp/filesharing.htm

 

i think thats the problem that i dont have an actual network as I cant see the other laptop through "view workgroup computers" but ive managed to create a FTP server so I can download files from each other.
Does the job well but a lil complicated for my sis :S
