I have a Sharp LC-46D65U and a Acer Aspire x1200 computer hooked up via HDMI and the computer is set to 1024 x 768 with a refresh rate of 70 Hertz and whenever I watch a movie, the TV screen goes black and then after about 3-5 seconds comes back on with the resolution and the refresh rate on the top right corner. The movie keeps playing fine and when the screen is blacked out the sound still works so i know its a problem with the TV. I've tried 59-75 Hertz. Any Other Ideas? Please let me know
