I recently purchased Nero 8. HAve had nothing but problems with it. Have tried to uninstall it but continue to get message that Shellmanager is missing or corrupt or something like that. It is very frustrating and I don't know what to do about it. Nero is unresponsive. I'm so sorry I bought it. Thanx if anyone can help. Richka
If you used Nero 8 Clean Tool and can't reinstall it because something is missing, reinstall Nero 8 and then use the Clean Tool again to uninstall(I know, kinda stupid, but that's the only way I could figure out how to uninstall mine when it failed). Thre might be some agressive uninstalling tools out there, but this worked for me.
