Shirking a Windows Media File

    I recently used Adobe Premeire Pro to make my own video. I finished the product and it looks good, but here is my problem. The end file size is 75mb and I want to cut it to about 30-40mb. Is there an app out there that can do the shrinking for me? Thanks for any help!

    The Only way to Shrink the File would be to Recompress it at a Lower Bitrate which would Ruin the Quality...
    So you have 2 Choices leave it like it is or ruin the quality...
