I am not sure what happend here, but I normally use Cucasoft DVD to Ipod converter to convert my dvds. I have two computers both have cucasoft. When I tried to convert Shoot em Up the movie, I got a message saying my cucasoft converter had to shut down. So I tried it on my other computer and I got the same message. I then tried Win AVI video converter and it also failed. I then tried Xilisoft Video converter 3 and it also failed. Has anyone been able to convert this movie to mpeg 4. If so what did you do, and what program did you use?

haha, i had the same problem with the exact same program.

CUCUSOFT IPOD VIDEO CONVERTER, for some reason in the later versions have been F**king up the video codecs, all was well until i installed this program then all of a sudden none of my converters would do anything.

simply go to the cucusoft support page and download the Combined Community Codec Pack and install that, once it has been installed CUCUSOFT and the other programs should work again

Cool. thanks for the info. Was this caused by the movie Shoot em Up? The reason I ask is because you said, "for some reason in the later versions have been F**king up the video codecs" but I am usig an old version of Cucasoft ipod video converter it's v5.28, and this just happened when I tried to convert that movie. I even used 2 different computers and lost the ability to convert movies.
