I think I found a bug in the V180 phone software. I was adding items to my shortcuts. I then when to reorder the list. I moved one of the items into the 1) position. After I saved, that shortcut disappeared. I then went back to reorder, and there were only 2 items in the list where I had 5 shortcuts. I started deleting the shortcuts and my phone locked up tighter than a drum and I had to unhook my battery. After several attempts with the same result, I did a Master Reset. Now I had duplicates in the shortcut list. When I tried to delete a duplicate, again, the phone locked up. Is there any way to correct this problem, or am I going to have to resign to the fact that I cannot use the shortcuts? Thanks in advance!
