    Can someone please help me!!!! Last night I tried making a backup copy of Flightplan and got the error not enough memory. I was using Dvd Shrink, AnyDvd and Dvd Decrypter. So I took AnyDvd off and put Dvd43 on thinking that would help me but now I have an error saying Dvd Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read file "E:/". Incorrect function.

    Goto www.slysoft.com and download AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 and use them 2 to do it. I came across a few DVD movies that did that. I used the 2 above programs and they worked.

    Check out this thread on flightplan

    If you follow the directions given, you can get this with VOB blanker, a free program. There is a bad un-referenced cell in VOB 3 on this movie and that is what is stopping the decoders. Vob blanker defeates it easily.
    Also AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 work, and are what i did this movie with the first time. Second time i used VOB Blanker just to see it work, and that way works also. Some ppl use DVD region free, to get this movie. It like AnyDVD has a trial period, then you have to pay. I have AnyDVD, and it is a great program, well worth having. It works in the background, and makes ripping easy, and with fewer steps than you would have to take going the free route.

    Why didn't anydvd take care of my problem with flightplan. I too got my error when using shrink. The only way i could back up this movie was to run Voblanker to get rid of that junk file, then shrink. Is there a setting i need to change on anydvd so i wont have these problems in the future. Thanks

    Use AnyDVD to remove encryption and then back up using CloneDVD2, you do NOT need the other 2 progs (shrink and decrypter)

    @klv

    all you need to do for AnyDVD is insatll it and run it. It works in the background. When it is running there should be a redfox at the right bottem of your toolbar. Once that is running then you can open up CloneDVD2.

    It is close to being what DVD Shrink is. You can choose to do a movie or do a full backup at the start page of Clone DVD2. So choose which 1 you want.

    Now at the top where it says DVD video files. bring in the DVD files there. Click on the little two arrows that are in orange at the right hand side of where the video files option area is. Now go to where you have the DVD. it then will import the DVD in. Now click on next.

    At this screen you can choose what audio files to keep or what subtitles you want or dont. Etc etc.

    After you edit what you want to keep and what you want edited click next again. Now you can choose how you want the DVD to output. You can output them into a Video_TS folder onto your HDD, or you can make an ISO and then burn later with a burning program, or you can have it burn directly to a DVD.

    Pretty easy to use.
