Shrink gets to 100% then pops up with "an error has occured" and then it will say either Out of Memory or Exception

    Hello all, My father just recently purchased a dell studio laptop. When I use DVD shrink 3.2 to change my VIDEO_TS files to an ISO file it will get to 100% and then pop up with "an error has occured" and then it will say either Out of Memory or Exception. This has never occured on my other computer and I'm not sure why this happens. The iso file will still be created and fully watchable but when I try to burn it on a DVD it doesn't work... quite frustrating . Thankful for any help I get, thanks all.
