In preferences under output files theres a setting for logical remapping of enabled streams...what does this setting do? Also under File I/O, Enable overlapped I/O?

    Thanks!

Logical remapping of enabled streams "compacts" the remaining streams after you remove some. You can remove various audio and subtitle streams with Shrink so this feature allows them to be moved to a more logical position. I always have this enabled. What effect it has I've never been able to tell. The player knows to keep looking if it does not find the stream where it is expected.

Overlapped I/O allows a read operation to begin before the write operation is finished. I use this but others have gotten an "Overlapped I/O" error.

Sorry for the non-technical explanation. A bit of research on DVD structure will explain better than I can.
