All the sudden today, Shrink won't back up my files into an ISO. I open the files, and it displays the information fine. Then, when I click the "Backup" button, it freezes the entire program and all I get is an hourglass. Then when I click again, it gives me the "This program is not responding" message. Then I have to restart the computer to get rid of Shrink. I checked for viruses/spyware on my PC, thinking MAYBE it had something to do with it. None that I can tell. I've uninstalled the program, and reinstalled it twice. Still, I get the same result. I tried this with 3 different movies on my HD, does it every time. So since I can't back up anything, my computer is now defragging (which it needs). Any ideas? These are NOT protected files I'm doing either. I ripped them with DVD FabDecrypter as usual and opened them up. Thanks.

There are no corrupted (false) cells in these movies. These are: 101 Dalmations (cartoon), To Die For and Billion Dollar Babies Tour Live. No protection, no false cells. I'm gonna try putting the program onto another harddrive. If someone can help, I'd appreciate it. After this I may have to wipe the HD clean and reformat. EDIT: I put the program after uninstalling it from my main computer HD onto my External HD. The program works fine from it, working with the files on my main computer HD. What's up with this. Uncool. Help.
