Nero needs to be installed before DVD shrink so uninstall DVD Shrink and reinstall it andyou should be sorted.

Hi, I am having a problem with Dvd Shrink and Nero. I can decrypt a movie and store the files to my hard drive with DVD Shrink but for some reason it won't automatically open Nero and burn the movie anymore. It just says dvd shrink has finished backing up your dvd. all output files are now ready for burning with appropriate dvd burning software.
I've also just tried to burn a movie directly through Nero by adding dvd files manually but the burn option isn't available that way either. I'm wondering if there is something I need to check in my settings on my computer. I installed DVD Shrink after installing the burning software and I have the "burn with Nero" box checked in DVD Shrink. I have always used these programs together with no problems but recently reformatted my computer and had to reinstall everything. I have an old version of Nero 6.0.024
I feel like it is something as simple as ticking a box in my settings somewhere but I'm lost.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

It sounded like you selected “Create ISO Image file” or “Create DVD Files” in “Select Backup Target”.

Make sure to select your burner as “Select Backup Target” in Backup DVD window after you hit the “Backup” button.

As in a previous post, make sure you have enable burning with Nero checked in your preferences.

grampyga, that was exactly what the problem was. Create ISO Image file had been selected in Dvd Shrink when I re-installed it and I hadn't changed it to my burner as the backup target. That was simple enough. Thank you so much for your help.
