hi guys. when i moved into my new house i had virmin broadband installed upstairs which is fine. I also have a ntl white box on the wall downstairs. today i connected coax to the socket downstairs and tested my eurovox. it said bad signal. do you think the feed is not live? is their a way i can get it live without taking out another package as upstairs is live? regards Edit/Delete Message
Check the box on a different connection without a splitter as sometimes Eurov@x needs a full strength signal from a single wall connection..regards
It sounds like your downstairs connection has no live feed... maybe ask your provider for assistance with downstairs internet and obviously don't mention the "box"... worth a try !!! regards
