signal problems with starview 4 super usb

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum stuff so excuse the newbie traits I'm having problems with the signal on starview 4 super usb. some channels have an OK signal, but they occasionally go off, and most just stay on a blank screen with the message no signal. I've got the latest firmware installed on it, so I'm completely baffled is there anyone out there that can help? it would be much appreciated............Thanks

 

if u are in irl on n*l it wont work anymore as the box has gone down.

 

i hav a starview super in 1 room and has all de channels apart fr sports and movies and hav a starview usb in the bedroom and have the channels are there but have not eg have rte 1 no rte 2 have bbc3 no bbc2

any help pls
