Signing In

    I can sign on PC, but i can not sign on my laptop, because my password is not accepted. Can anyone help me to sign.

    I have used this utility to clear my Username password (there is an option to reset the password - but don't use it - wait until you can login then make changes in the User Accounts in Control panel)
    Download the image file and burn it to a CD using suitable software.
    ImgBurn can be used.
    Insert the burned cd in the drive of the problem PC and set the PC bios to boot from the cd drive.
    Most of the steps are default until you select the account which is causing the problem.
    Enter the name from the list (note capitals if part of the name).

    Study the walkthrough and you should have no problem.

    BTW, did you try booting into safe Mode and logging in using the Admin account - if you happened to write it down or if you had made it the same as your regular user accont.
