This is a guide that will teach u to compress ur back up copy of gta to 830mb ISO with out it skipping during game play Software --------- UMD GEN v:3.50 open umd gen click file, then open disk image (ur original GTA ISO file) - u will notice the field in the middle having a folder named "USRDIR" - click on it - u will se a list of files "movies,models etc" - click on the "text" folder - inside u will see a whole bunch of languge files "english , spanish etc." - i deleted all of them except english and got the image file to be 830mb. i then clik file "save as" and saved as iso. - when that was done just transfer the imge to ur psp and run it with dev hook if anyone got it to be smaller with out the game skipping let me know in this post
Removing the languages didnt take out that much space. What removed all the space is when you recompiled the iso the dummy data got removed. My iso is untouched (all languages), and its 850MB. Almost all games have got quite a bit of dummy data in them.
I thought there was a way to search, but I was wrong b/c I just tried it. Um, it looks like you'll have to know which files are dummy files beforehand. You could also check my guide above.
i downloaded a LCS dax 180mb but it doesnt work daxziso 0.62 or with devhook when its converted to iso 425mb or cso. can someone help me
