    Hi everyone,

I have a Wii modded with D2Ckey. Ive had 3.0 firmware the whole time but today I did the internet settings and got it online. I updated my wii to the 3.1, the most up to date firmware

But it seems as if im having some problems/differences....

before, when my wii was off, the little light on the power would be orange, and when its on, I believe it was green or something. But now, even when the wii is off, its a yellow colour, not the orange

and I just got home right now, and I see the wii blue light around the cd is on, and flashing at times...

I dont know if this is part of the firmware update... but it seems odd. It feels like hte wii is almost working, when I ejected the disc just now, it was warm like it was almost being played or something

anyone else have experiences with this?

by the way, my games seem to work fine

when the light is red, that means the system is fully off. orange/yellow means you're connected to wiiconnect24.

the glowing blue light means you received a message.

as for the system getting warm, it's normal when wiiconnect24 is on.

    everything is completely normal.

go into the system settings. go to page 2 or 3, and you'll see the wiiconnect24 settings. click on it, and choose to turn it off.
