site wont let me download easy vcd v1.10???

    help i want to download easy vcd to a cd because it too large for a floppy disk it then says ask admistrator or file owner who would this be...??? In need of help thanks scribbla

    I seem to get that same message too when I try to download a program to CD. What works for me is formatting the CD disk.

    the disc is already formated any other ways around this???
