I read a post on another forum where someone said they could set their encoding software (can't remember what) to a "Fill entire disk" option when encoding to MPEG-1. Obviously this would improve quality, but can it be done, and if so, what software does this? Ta.
Please remember that changing MPEG-1 bitrate makes them incompatible with VCD standards and they're not likely to play on your DVD player.
