Skins and game language problem

    hey!I have some problems:
    1.I ftped some skins and theyre not what they should be!
    2.I have a game in french,but i want it in english.I tried the same disc at my friend and he can play it in german.all other games i have are in german when playing them on my friends xbox and theyre in english on my xbox.Please help me.The game is spider-man 2.
