    Are you talking about skinning windows?

    If yes you need a program like style xp or windowblinds. You can then go to deviantart.com or any of the other five million sights with skins and go to town.

    how do i get a cool skin like y'all?

    by that i think he means sigs because he says you all and he obviosly can't see our windows skins


    You need photoshop CS2 or some photo editing program

    o yea sorry bout the first post i was in a laszy mood
