sky back on starview3

    i am picking up channels ok just cant get them named right or put into categorys api:8.00e_E boot ver :8.0 20.june.2008
    have done reset but still nothing plus rte1 and rte2 going in to specialist on me i am in belfast any ideas please

    Rename it yourself. Regards the category they are as per the VM line up so thats just where the box has assigned them, due to their allotment.

    sorry got the sly problem fixed had to knock of signal for cable box to get starview updating but anyone any ideas for the rte 1 2 and tg4 no big deal would just be nice and easy if they where in entertainment it wont let me do it my self

    Good news. As regards the category its as said the way the SV3 associates the VM line up thats all.

    ok no probs thank u anyone no of any plans of record 1 watch another channel on starview or any others sorry for being bother

    That's an SV4 you are talking about. We are still waiting on a timer never mind watch/record on the same TP :) You need a dual tuner PVR to watch/record on separate TPs, (The Box PVR had some success at this), although it has now been discontinued.

    A Eurovox EX5000 can do this on the same TP.
