Sky Box Office HELP

    was watching box office wrestle mania, for 5 minutes then cut off with, bad or scrabbled channel. every other channel works, why is there a problem,

    Same problem here fine for 10 mins or so then a loud click and gone,other channels went off too but are now back but box office a gonner! First time Ive ever known it happen.Ive even tried deleting and getting the channel back but still no joy..

    Sorry I cant help as I am in Dublin/Ireland and its still showing , if you want to try a factory settting it is up to you all

    Menu > Factory Setting
    PIN 0000
    OK to delete

    Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

    English > Installation
    Choose Provider etc
    Automatic Scan
    Press OK
    Channels found
    Exit

    Press Menu then 1570
    Turn EMU key ON

    Exit , exit , exit
