Hi Does anyone know how and if I can get Sky Box Office on TheBOX? I seem to be getting it from time to time doing an auto scan then it dissappears after 5 mins .... recently have got a SkyBox office preview channel .... Please help. From South Yorkshire... Virgin Media. 4.51e. Boot version, 7.00
hello mate my box office is showing under tv 1700 in lpool the frequency was 517000. it is currently showing repeated adverts for the hatton fight.so check under all channels tv with numbers .if its not there do a manual scan but make sure you move the arrow across from disable to enable. COME ON THE HITMAN.
Hey I've got that one the one with repeats? Is that Sky Box Office? I thought it showed movies too? Will the preview one show matches etc?
yes thats the 1 the boxing will be on.sometimes when the event is finished they dont flick the switch so you get the odd movie repeated for about a week and then will change to another film.
Cool Also dude i seem to have lost movie channels SD1 and SD2 ... any help on how to get these back without doing autoscan .... how would I do manual scan to get these channels back? Shall I note the freq of these channels and manual scan them?
Dude I have just searched Sky Box Office listings and it seems that I aint getting any movies on ... http://www.skymovies.com/skymovies/onskyboxoffice Shows like 300 is playing etc ... anyway of getting these Sky Box Office Movie channels?
to get sd1 and and sd2 back note the frequency then delete them manual scan inputing the freq .also you dont get the sky box office movies all the time you just get them sometimes if someone in your area as ordered it and you pick it up.
Menu channel edit then press the blue buton and scroll down till you find what channel you want to delete then press ok.
Hi guys I wonder if you could help me. I have 'The Box' and using version 3 software. On Jan 8/9 when all the codes changed, I lost the Box Office channel (the one where they show the wrestling and the hatton fight). I've done a full scan and from what I've been led to believe the channel is TV1700. The current frequency the channel is set to is 427000. When I put the channel on now, it just data is being updated in a continous loop (i.e it gets to 180% and then starts again). I've tried everything and anything - I'd really appreciate some assistance as Royal Rumble is in a couple of weeks and I promised my nephew he could come over and watch it!! :-/ Many thanks Bal
As Gary said it has ceased broadcasting until an event is near broadcast. BTW you must have a Starview and not the box and one word of note V3.00 for the SV can cause problems.
hi there new on this when i go 2 ch 1700(box office) and let it do a update it cuts off all my pay channels easily rectified though just put the lastest keycode bk just thought let u all know.i think tw have done this.has this happened 2 any 1 else?
Hi, Just got The Box a few weeks ago and was also wondering if it was possible to get Sky Box Office? I got it once by accident while playing around with the settings but never again. I'd appricate it if anyone could help...Cheers
I guess your in ireland!it comes in when there's a main event on ie wrestling boxing and then usually shows a movie continually for about a week after,it shows up as ppv channel
