sky channels have ceased working!

    Hi, i have had a starview 2 box for 3 months,i was recieving all the channels fine until this week when all of my sky sports and movies channels are not working, any ideas would be greatfully recieved on restoring them and renewing my life back to a sport couch potato.

    if channel frequencies change u lose channels,so factory reset 0000 and autoscan ur provider and emu to on
