Hi all, i hope this is in the right place! I have had Sky Hd for about 6 months now and have had no problems. Since last Friday most things i am trying to record are failing. Never had the issue before. I set tv shows to record and when i go to check they have i just get a failed message. Can anyone help with a possible solution to this please? Id very much appreciate it!
Are you talking about a DVR from Sky? If you are you will need to contact Sky for repair/replacement.
