Sky movies and Sky sports problems with these channels on Starview box

    Hi is anyone having problems with there Sky movies and Sky sports channels.

    When you switch them on you can see the picture but then the screen goes on funny, all of the rest of the channels are working but these ones are'nt.

    Please can you help.

    Try a factory reset & they should be ok.
    Menu > factory setting
    Pin > 0000
    ok to delete

    TURN THE B0X OFF AT THE BACK FOR ONE MIN THEN TURN BACK ON

    English > installation
    choose provider
    Auto scan > press ok
    channels found
    Exit
    Press menu > 1570
    Turn EMU on
    Exit, Exit, Exit.
