sky news & one on eurovox ex5000

Can anyone please advise how I get the sjy one & sky news chanels on the eurovox, do I need to reset or update anything

You could either give us your provider previous to VM and location or do a factory default and a powerscan and you should pick them up.

Having similar problem tw liverpool done reset and bf scan all freq still no sjy 1,2,3

 

And location?????

 

sorry the area is liverpool and my uncle has bought a eurovox also and cant get sky one & has lost sky premier and sky family, please help

 

Do a manual scan on 115000 for sly 1 and 179000 for 2 and 3 works for me in liverpool although 283000 is also a possibility.
