have ya tried connecting it? to see if it works firstly? you may get some FTA chans on it with out a card
sky premiums channels would be say sports movies disney are you able to get the rest of the channels like the history channel discovery etc that you carnt get on free sat these are the channels im looking for
you wont get the non premium sky channels without subscription(like history channel)you will need a sky card and a package that suits you(if you like documetaries you could go for say the knowledge package)the freesat box will give you all the same free channels you would get with the pace box(you can buy a free to air card for all the uk channels bbc/itv/ch4/ch5 but these channels are free now with no card needed )except for ch5 us and fiver and sky3 they only work with a free to air card which cost between £15-£20 in the uk or if you are in the uk and pay sky you get those channels free.if your in ireland you will need to buy a free to air card for those 3 channels.you can only get sky channels from sky.all of the uk channels are on the sky guide on a sky box for ireland except ch5 which needs to be tuned in(no need to tune it on a freesat box).
