sky sports 1- sky bet

    Hi, i have a starview 2 box and sky sports 1 is not showing the full screen. It has sky bet round the outside of screen. Does anyone have any idea how i can change this?

    mine has done the same, i have re-scanned, even gone back to factory re-set, but no joy,
