hi, ive had a couple of the starview 2's for a while now, and apart from an occasional rescan theyve been fine, but the other day all the sky sports channels, along with some others, disappeared. i tried turning the box off and then back on again, which sometimes works, but in the end i had to rescan. all the channels came back but the only problem is that i now have a constant blue sky bet frame around my sky sports 1, and no matter how many times i try to scan the channel back in i get the same problem. ive also checked all of the other channels to make sure it is not under another name but it is not so i was hoping someone may be able to help.
I'm having exactly the same problem. My Sky Sports channels all shoved off and when I re-scanned Sk**et was there. I'm using the Starview with the PVR record function. I've removed just Sly Sports and tried scanning both Te****st and ex C** and I just keep getting that horribly annoying frame. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
There is a firmware fix coming soon, but I will have to see if its OK to use on "all" models of the Starview.
