sky sports & sky movies problems??

Hi all can any 1 explain what is going on with the sports & movies chanels as the are freezing/glitching. all other channels are fine. can any 1 shed some light on please.

No problems in Ireland if you are in the UK it may be a VM issue. What box have you got and what firmware version is on it?

 

thanks 4 your reply mate, im in uk london my box is genuine starview 25 vents and i have v.4 on it was working fine yesterday dont know what happened??

 

A few people have witnessed this problem in your area and further afield, sounds like VM working in your area. It usually sorts itself out after a day or so. If it doesnt just drop back and we will see if we can find a fix for it.

 

its ok now, it sorted itself out after an hour or so.
