Hi all, had a starview box for about a year now, last week I went to put sky sports on and they all gone!!! also sky prem & +1 and sky modern gone aswell!! I've rescanned but to no avail!! the same thing has happened to my my brother in law who lives down the road from me! will i need to do an update? I've got the cable to do it but how do I do it??!!! Cheers
You need to do a factory reset and then an autoscan. You will have to sort your channels again, but this will get your missing channels back.
