im scanning but can't find it. anyone know how i can manually scan it?

and bbc 1 and bbc 2 and bbc news 24 are not working.

help plz.

Menu > Installation > Manual scan . enter the freq in Down Freq

 

yes i tried but still no luck. what do i set the constellation and the others to?

i live in birmingham, uk, if that would make any difference and i have the latest codes.

does frequencies won't work there for n** Dublin not Birmingham.

go to main menu,installation manual scan.and the frequency is 491.000
