Skybox F5S Interactive Channels

Hi

I'm fairly new to this so if I've missed something obvious apologies.

I've got a Skybox F5S and was wondering if/how the "red button" interactive services works. I see the channels listed and can view them manually but want to be able to access them the intended way from the home channel i.e skysportsF1hd

Dont work, thats for the providers own boxs, not these, the chans come in as that chans on the skyboxs

 

look in the sports interactive i usually find them in there
