skymax help for jtagging starview clones

hi every one just wondering can any body help me i am trying to jtag a starview clone with skymax up and the jtag i made when i click on start on skymax its just says paralell port could not be opened please can somebody help me

 

Lots of info here have a look around. Set your port to ECP/EPP bi-directional with an IRQ of 378.

but could you tell me where to set the port to ecp and epp as i dont know much about computers thanks a million

 

You can set it in the PC Bios or in SkyMax preferences.

 

where do i find the pc bios on my computer. sorry to be a pain but haven a clue.thanks
