skysports problem

i recently bought 2 kryptview boxes 1 for me and the other for a friend. mine works fine but my friend is unable to watch football on the skysports channels as the picture is very jumpy, i have tested it at my house and it is the same so its not his signal. any body else had this problem?

 

Delete the channel you are having a problem with and let it auto scan and see if its any better
