SkyStar Cards an PC

I've been reading around on the net and I seen these SkyStar 2 card that are able to recieve satalite through your PC. I also stumbled upon these at a local Computer Fair. He sells all the equipment you need to get free to view channels (worldwide) on your PC. If anyone has heard about please give me your feedback
