    Hi you all!
Strange problem here: i burned the Slayer EvoX 2.5 autoinstaller iso but the CD RW seems to be blank. When I insert it in my Chameleon modded Xbox (bios already flashed) it says "booting linuxboot.cfg... not found halting" and then stops. When I insert the CD RW in the Pc drive it appears to be empty. I don't think the iso's a fake 'cause it was the original Slayer's self extractor in rar format, and the CD RW is fine (I used it to update the bios, so I know it works with my Thomson drive in my 1.0 Xbox). It sounds to me like a very strange beahviour, isn't so?

Before you can load it in your XBox you will need to reflash the chip with either an Evox or X2 bios and get rid of the Linux bios. Check the install manual on how to flash it with a disc.

Once your chip is reflashed then you should be able to load the SLayers disc. Your PC can't read the disc because it's an Xbox ISO image on the disc. Which is good.

Sigh... there isn't any instructions in the manual on how to flash a Chameleon/Matrix modchips with an Evox bios.... Also, it seems that the auto-installer should reflash the bios by himself replacing it with a customized X2 one. It should work with all chips implementing the Cromwell Bios system... Chameleon uses it, isn't it? Any help? :(

Hi. Just flash it as you would with a cromwell bios (name it linuxbio.bin, burn it to a cd in an ISO (also try to include a 200 mb dummy file in there too!) and pop it in your Xboxen, and it should flash. Then, pop in your evox installer disc!
