I am currently trying to reformat a supposed broken retail stock hard drive. (verison 1.0 box). It just recently booted up to error 13 so i modded it from my other box and when i load up slayers, i reformat and install the necessary M$ files. But when i boot back up, it goes to error 13 again!! Also, i ftp into my box successfuly, but can not delete or upload any files. any help would be appreciated.
if you have put halo 2 in(or any xbox live compatible game) and create a profile on the xbox and then restart the console and report back here....
I can not access either the M$ dash on bootup or any game that is put into the dvd drive. The microsoft logo that should appear (white) does not appear and instead it goes directly to error 13. I assume my hard drive has problems in it's drives sector so Im gonna get a new one.
