So some SLi motherboards have the paddle card between the 2 PCI-e slots that you have to flip from SLi to normal, but what is the difference in a mobo with this and an SLi mobo without?

the mobo with the SLI mobo can handle SLI and the mobo without the SLI paddle can not support SLI.

I dont think so, I know there are mobo's that support SLi but dont have the paddle, (a lot of them that I've seen) I guess you just have to enable it yourself in bios. but whats the advantage of either? anyone know?
